• Non‑custodial interface: Velaris does not hold user assets or private keys. All transactions are authorized and signed by you.
• Eligibility & compliance: You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. Access may be geofenced where required by law.
• No advice / no warranties: Velaris provides an execution interface “as is” and does not offer investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. No performance guarantees.
• Risk: Digital assets are volatile and experimental. You may lose all or a substantial portion of your assets. Review the Risks.
• Prohibited conduct: No market abuse, sanctions violations, illicit finance, or attempts to interfere with the protocol or other users.
• Upgrades: Features and parameters may change with safety reviews and public change logs. Material changes will be announced.
• Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velaris shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
• Governing law: To be specified post‑launch with entity details. Disputes resolved in a competent venue.

• No KYC / no accounts: You connect a wallet; we do not collect identity documents.
• Minimal telemetry: We avoid storing IPs. Operational logs (error rates, performance metrics) are minimized, rotated, and de‑identified.
• Cookies: We avoid tracking cookies. Session storage may be used for UX preferences.
• Third‑party services: Any analytics or RPC providers are disclosed and can be opted‑out where possible.
• Data requests: You can request deletion of off‑chain operational traces associated with your session identifiers.
